This Project is in Laos, the customer totally installed 6 lines waste plastic pyrolysis machines.

The process of making fuel oil with used plastic in South Asia is truly amazing. Not only does it help to remove plastic waste from the environment, but it also produces a valuable resource in the form of fuel oil. In Laos, the installation of 6 production lines of waste plastic each day is a significant step towards addressing the issue of plastic pollution in the region.

The process begins by collecting and sorting the waste plastic, which are made into bundles. These bundles are fed into a pyrolysis reactor, where they are heated to high temperatures in the absence of oxygen. This causes the plastic to break down into gas, liquid, and solid residues. The gas is then condensed into fuel oil, which can be used for a variety of industrial applications.

Not only does this process provide a solution to the problem of plastic waste, but it also helps to reduce the reliance on traditional fossil fuels. By converting waste plastic into fuel oil, South Asia is taking a proactive approach towards sustainable energy production.
