How it works

Continuous Feeding: Waste tyre rubber granules are continuously fed into the reactor using automated systems, The automatic system can control the feeding speed and the feeding quantity, maintain a steady flow of input material. 

Pyrolysis Reactor:  Through the heating of the hot-blast furnace, the reactor reaches to a high temperature, usually between 400℃ and 700℃, to ensure efficient decomposition,

Gas and Oil Seperation: The oil gas is cooled down in the condenser, in whch it into liquid pyrolysis oil. And the non-condensable gas can be recycled as a fuel to heat the hot-blast furnace, saving more energy. The superfluous non-condensible gas can also be used for heating the boiler to provide hot water for the workers.

Carbon Black Collection and Steel Wire Separation: The carbon black is collected in to the ash storage house through the automatic discharging system, and the steel wire is separated by the magnetic separator.
