ZMEE mainly provides two types of pyrolysis plant, batch type and continuous type.

I. Batch Type

Batch type is divided into skid-mounted type and normal batch type. It can process waste tyres, plastics, PMMA, rubbers, MSW and other solid wastes.

• Skid-mounted type pyrolysis machine is movable and portable, easy for running and commissioning. The daily processing capacity is 1~2 tons, mainly for testing and trail.
• Normal batch type has a larger processing capacity, from 5 tons to 20 tons. Most of our customers choose 15 TPD and 18 TPD pyrolysis machine because they are more economical.

II. Continuous Type

Continuous type pyrolysis machine is used for processing waste rubber granules and rubber powder.

The processing capacity is from 10 tons to 120 tons. It can continuous work for 1~2 months, which save more time and labor cost.
