Waste Plastic Pyrolysis and Carbon Black Reuse

Big problem of plastic pyrolysis is coking and stick to the wall. Why?
The plastic heat transfer is poor, the melt viscosity is large, the temperature of the materials in reactor is uneven which leading to coking, the material is easy to stick on the reactor wall leading to the carbon accumulation, ZM (our company shorten name) has made efforts on this and got some improvements:

First, improve the heat transfer factor: make the rotary reactor and heat transfer evenly.
Second, add some abrasive or special tools during pyrolysis prodution such as cast iron ball, steel wire ball to avoid sticking to the wall.
Third, add specail customized scraper device to avoid coking if possible, which is also used in oil sludge pyrolysis line.
The other problem is to control the waste residue or say carbon black after pyrolysis. Here advise the most popular method to process the carbon black: It is available to add some cement to make the hollow brick and other building materials; oil residue is able to recycle for heating reactor. It's better add one more system to remove the dust and odor to protect our environment.
