According to the statistics from the Ministry of Public Security, there are totally 435 million motor vehicles that includes 336 million cars nationwide in 2023. Chinese new energy vehicles with a strong development trend last year.

But in the previous survey, the number of cars and motorcycles are increasing a lot in the world particularly in developing countries, thus the number of used tires in the world is also projected to increase in the future. The piles of used tires will cause many many problems in our life such as it endangers the environment. Many people and government are trying to solve this problem. 

Usually there are four processes have been implemented to recycle the used tires:

1. Re-threading
2. Shredding
3. Pyrolysis
4. Re-use

Here i specially want to introduce 'Pyrolysis', which is a process to decompose the elastomer contained in the rubber by heating to increase the temperature until 400℃~700℃。
