What are the feeding methods of oil sludge?

Usually, the oil sludge such as coal tar residule, oil sludge of tank bottom or from oil field including mineral oil, oily sludge. There are different types, like fluid, semi-fluid and solid types.

Some feedstocks include a lot of impurities for example plastic, bottle, glove, shoe, food residue, metal, stone …Grille or settling pond is able to remove the impurities before thermal cracking.

Different types of feedstocks with different feeding system:

1.It is able to use mixer pump to load the fluid and semi-fluid feedstock into the reactor.

2.As for small blocks or solid feedstock, we can design screw feeder or hydraulic feeder with various capacities.

3.Most highly efficient feeding method, some customers directly use excavator or grappling machine for loading the feedstock into slopping funnel.
