A. Diesel emulsification equipment

Diesel emulsification equipment is to create stable diesel-water emulsions. It is user-friendly and also features a compact footprint, low energy consumption, rapid emulsification, and cost-effective processing. This system is able to be used alone.

Diesel emulsion is an emulsion of diesel and water. 

It is a novel technology that use this special equipment to form a relatively stable emulsified diesel fuel by adding water and chemical additives to diesel fuel, and by specialized processing.

Note: the degree of emulsification of the diesel is mainly determined by the chemical additives and the emulsification equipment. ZMEE can customize the chemical additive and design the emulsification equipment according to the specific needs of customer to meet different applications of emulsified diesel.

Advantage of end product

The end product is stable diesel-water or say emulsified diesel.

1.Emulsified diesel is better for export and transportation.

2.Emission reduction (NOX, PM) when burned.

3.Improved combustion efficiency.

4.It is helpful for waste oil recycling.

5.After emulsification, it doesn't separate into layers within the temperature 50℃~60℃ for 50-60days.

 

B. Demulsification equipment

This equipment is to heat and recovery the diesel or demulsify the disel-water emulsion to get the diesel.

This equipment occupies a small place and has a lower energy consumption; it has no connection with the diesel emulsification equipment and can be used independently.
